अभिनेते सुशांतसिंह रजपूत मृत्युप्रकरणाची सीबीआय मार्फत चौकशी : सर्वोच्च न्यायालय

 हिंदी सिनेमाचे लोकप्रिय अभिनेते सुशांतसिंह रजपूत यांच्या मृत्यू प्रकरणाची सीबीआय द्वारे चौकशी करण्याचा निर्णय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आज दिला आहे.   या निर्णयाचे आपण स्वागत करीत आहोत.सीबीआय चौकशीमुळे सुशांतसिंह मृत्यप्रकरणी दूध का दूध पाणी का पाणी होईल. 

मुंबई :  हिंदी सिनेमाचे लोकप्रिय अभिनेते सुशांतसिंह रजपूत यांच्या मृत्यू प्रकरणाची सीबीआय द्वारे चौकशी करण्याचा निर्णय सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आज दिला आहे. या निर्णयाचे आपण स्वागत करीत आहोत.सीबीआय चौकशीमुळे सुशांतसिंह मृत्यप्रकरणी दूध का दूध पाणी का पाणी होईल. सुशांतसिंह च्या कुटुंबियांना न्याय मिळेल असा विश्वास रिपब्लिकन पक्षाचे राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष केंद्रीय सामाजिक न्याय राज्यमंत्री ना रामदास आठवले यांनी व्यक्त केला आहे. 

सुशांतसिंह हा मूळचा बिहार राज्यातील राहणारा होता. त्यामुळे बिहार राज्यसरकार ने याप्रकरणी सीबीआय चौकशी करण्याची शिफारस केंद्र सरकार ला केली होती मात्र महाराष्ट्र राज्यसरकार आणि मुंबई पोलिसांनी या प्रकरणी सर्वोच्च न्यायालय जो निर्णय देईल तो मान्य करू अशी भूमिका घेतली होती. त्यामुळे सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आता या प्रकरणी सीबीआय चौकशी करण्याचा निर्णय दिला आहे. त्यानुसार सीबीआय ने त्वरित सुशांतसिंह मृत्यूप्रकरणाची चौकशी करावी.असे ना रामदास आठवले म्हणाले. 

 याबाबत आपण बिहार सरकार ने शिफारस करण्या आधीच सीबीआय चौकशी करण्याची आपण मागणी केली होती. जगातील नावाजलेले पोलीस दल असणाऱ्या मुंबई पोलिसांनी सुशांतसिंह मृत्यू प्रकरणाची चौकशी तपास कमालीच्या  संथगतीने चालविला होता. त्यामुळे सीबीआय चौकशी ची मागणी पुढे आली. मुंबई पोलिसांवर जरी आमचा विश्वास असला तरी सुशांतसिंह मृत्यू प्रकरणाची चौकशी सी बी आय द्वारे करणे योग्य ठरणार असून याबाबत सर्वोच्च न्यायालयानेच आदेश दिल्याने आता सीबीआय ने त्वरित तपास हाती घेऊन चौकशी सुरू करावी. 

सुशांतसिंह मृत्यू प्रकरणाच्या चौकशीत नेते अभिनेते  दिग्दर्शक निर्माते कोणाचेही नाव आले तरी दोषी जे असतील ते सापडतील. सीबीआय चौकशी मुळे सुशांतसिंह मृत्यप्रकरणी दूध का दूध पाणी का पाणी होईल.

Therefore, the Supreme Court has now decided to conduct a CBI inquiry into the matter. Accordingly, the CBI should immediately investigate the death of Sushant Singh, said Ramdas Athavale.

You had demanded a CBI inquiry before the Bihar government recommended it. The Mumbai Police, a world-renowned police force, was investigating the death of Sushant Singh at a very slow pace. Therefore, the demand for a CBI inquiry came forward. Even if we have faith in the Mumbai Police, it would be appropriate for the CBI to investigate Sushant Singh's death, and now that the Supreme Court has ordered this, the CBI should immediately launch an inquiry. 

No matter who is named as the leader, actor, director or producer in the investigation of Sushant Singh's death, whoever is guilty will be found. Ramdas Athavale said that due to the CBI inquiry, there will be no milk or water in Sushant Singh's death case.
